Course Overview
As industries and markets come to terms in leading and navigating in the New Norm and adopting a hybrid workforce model, HR is in an unqiue position to accelerate their own Digital Transformation efforts in enabling the employee engagement and experience.
One key focus in the overall HR Digital Transformation efforts is in the re framing of How learning happens and is enabled for the Digital Future and for a Hybrid workforce.
While L&D leaders and practitioners have been taking the silo approach of Digitizing Learning and engagement, there is now a need for them to take a more concerted and transformative approach towards Learning . This requires sense making in 4 key areas :
• Recognizing the current dilemma
• How Learning looks like in the New Norm especially with the buzz in an eutopia@ Metaverse
• What should be the learning strategy that will enable a more democratized , collaborative learning engagement
that supports a hybrid workforce and leads to performance outcome.
• What digital tools and technologies will enable the Learning Experience Ecosystem to strive
In this hands-on application based session learners will be introduced to what Future of Learning looks like, the Learning Experience Ecosystem and the learning platforms , digital tools and technologies and the differentiated approach towards design and architecture of learning in and outside the workplace.
Approach
This blended learning program covers across 5 weeks with each week having a 2.5 hours virtual classroom session followed by collaborative hands on application activities and engagement over the course of the week.
The sessions will start from April 7 2022 for next 5 weeks ending 5th May 2022. Every Wednesday from 3.00pm-5.30pm (GMT+8)
Learners will have access to trial versions of the learning tools and technologies during the period of the program.
Note: Learners can also sign up to one module as well.
Target Audience:
This session is for HRD/L&D leaders , practitioners, Adult Educators and those leading or managing the Digital transformation of their workforce , learning and development in their organisation.
Also for those who are interested in the Future of Learning and the system,tools and technologies that enabling the shift.
Course Objective:
At the end of the program, learners will be able to:
• Understand the current disruptions and challenges facing L&D in the New Norm
• State the evolution of the “Hybrid Workforce” enabled by digitilisation and the changing role of L&D
• Describe the Future of Learning and the Digital Learning Experience ecosystem.
• Identify and apply new digital learning tools and technologies (VILT, Mobile learning, Extended Reality AR/VR/MR, Remote Collaborative learning, Video based A.I learning ) enabling the digital learning experience.
• Explore the use of Artificial Intelligence in Learning
• Explore the use of Data Analytics and Intelligence in performance development
• Apply the Learning Design methodology and Learning Curation approach
• Identify and create a High level Digital readiness blueprint.

Week 2: Digital Learning Tools and Technologies : Virtual ILT and Virtual campus.
Week 3: Digital Learning Tools and Technologies : Micro Learning/Mobile Learning ,A.I in Video Curation
Week 4: Digital Learning Tools and Technologies : Meta Verse and Extended Reality (AR/VR/MR) In Learning
Week 5: Future Technologies : Use of Data analytics for Learning and Digital readiness Blue print
