This blended learning program covers across 8 weeks with each week having a 2.5 hour virtual classroom session followed by collaborative hands on application activities and engagement over the course of the week.

The sessions are held every Wednesday from 3.00pm-5.30pm (Singapore,GMT+8 Hrs).

Course Overview

As industries and markets come to terms in leading and navigating in the New Norm there has been a shift towards a more remote and collaborative workforce engagement driven by adoption of digital technologies .

One of the key transformation is how learning happens and is engaged in an organisation, while HR and L&D leaders look to digital solutions to enable this shift, in most instances platforms and technologies are introduced in silos rather than taking a more bigger picture approach of How Learning looks like in the New Norm. Where the learning strategy is towards a more democratized , social ,collaborative , in the flow of work learning leading to performance outcome enabled by digitization.

In this hands-on application based workshop we will cover what Future of Learning looks like, the Learning Experience Ecosystem, learning platforms ,digital tools and technologies and the differentiated aproach toward design and architecture of leanring in the workplace.

Learners will be introduced and given access to key L&D technologies as part of the program.

Target Audience:

This session is for HRD/L&D leaders and practitioners leading or managing the Digital transformation of their workforce and learning and development in their organisation. Also for those who are interested in the Future of Learning and the system,tools and technologies that enabling the shift.

Course Objective:

At the end of the program, learners will be able to:

• Understand the current disruptions and challenges facing an organisation in the New Norm

• State the evolution of the “Digital Workforce” and the changing role of HR and L&D

• Understand the transformation of Organisational Learning and the Learning Experience ecosystem

• Apply the Learning Design methodology and Learning Curation approach

• Apply new digital learning tools and technologies (Virtual classroom, Micro learning, Extended Reality, Collaborative

learning,Gamification ) enabling the digital learning experience

• Explore the use of Learning Data Analytics in performance based learning outcomes.

• Identify and create a High level Digital readiness plan to build and or transition current organizational learning for the Digital
