Future of Learning i:Digital Transformation of Learning in Organisations program
This a 16 hour program covered across 7 weeks with each week having a 2.5 hours virtual classroom sessions and collaborative on-line hands on application activities and engagement.
The sessions are held every Tuesday at 3-5pm (GMT+8 Hrs).
Course Overview
As industries and markets come to terms in leading and managing the workplace in the New Norm and accelerated by Digital adoption in all areas, there is now a growing sense of urgency for organisations to address the change in how we engage and develop the people who are critical to its success.
One of the key transformation is how learning happens and is engaged in an organisation, where the ecosystem has shifted towards a more democratized , social ,collaborative ,in the flow of work learning enabled by digitization.
In this hands-on application based workshop we will cover what is a Learning Experience Ecosystem and the learning strategy for the New Norm with the accelerated adoption of a more digitised ,remote and collaborative approach towards towards performance based learning outome. Learners will be introduced to new learning platforms and digital tools and technologies that is enabling Future of Learning.
Target Audience:
This session is for HRD/L&D leaders and practitioners leading or managing the Digital transformation of their workforce and learning and development in their organisation. Also for those who are interested in the Future of Learning and the system,tools and technologies thats enabling the shift.
Course Objective:
At the end of the program, learners will be able to:
• Understand the current disruptions and challenges facing an organisation in the New Norm
• State the evolution of the “Digital Workforce” and the changing role of HR and L&D
• Understand the transformation of Organisational Learning and the Learning Experience ecosystem
• Describe the democratised learning framework and the social collaborative learning architecture
• Apply the Learning Design methodology and Learning Curation approach
• Apply new digital learning tools and technologies (Virtual classroom, Micro learning, AR/VR/MR, Collaborative
learning,Gamification ) enabling the digital learning experience
• Explore the use of Learning Data Analytics in performance development
• Identify and create a High level Digital readiness plan to build and or transition current organizational learning for the Digital
