As industries and markets come to terms in leading and navigating in the New Norm there has been a shift towards a more remote and collaborative workforce engagement driven by adoption of digital technologies .

One of the key transformation is how learning happens and is engaged in an organisation, while HR and L&D leaders look to digital solutions to enable this shift, in most instances platforms and technologies are introduced in silos rather than taking a more bigger picture approach of  How Learning looks like in the New Norm. Where the learning strategy is towards a more democratized , social ,collaborative , in the flow of work learning leading to performance outcome enabled by digitization.

In this Overview session we explore what is a Learning Experience Ecosystem , the changes in the way learning is taking place in organisations, the infrastructure supporting the learning engagement and delivery channles driven by digital technologies .
