Transforming Learning for the Digital Age Overview (On-line)

This is the first session in a series covering on the Transformation of Learning in the Digital Age.

As industries and markets come to terms in leading and managing in the Digital Age there is now a growing sense of urgency for organisations to address the people aspect which is critical to its success. One of the key transformation is how learning happens and is engaged in an organisation, being in the flow of work, more democratized, social, collaborative and enabled by digitization. 

In this Overview session we explore how a Learning organisation in the Digital Age looks like , how people learn in an organisation where the learners are more socially connected and take ownership of co-creating the learning experience . Identifying a learning strategy and ecosystem that shifts towards a more democratized , social ,collaborative ,in the flow of work learning enabled by digitization.

This session is for HRD/L&D leaders and practitioners leading or managing the Digital transformation of their workforce and learning and development in their organisation. Also for those who have a general interest in social and collaborative learning in the digital age.
