Transforming Learning for the Digital Age Overview (On-line)

This is the first session in a series covering on the Transformation of Learning in the Digital Age.

As industries and markets come to terms in leading and managing in the New Norm and in the Digital Age , there is now a growing sense of urgency for organisations to address the change in how we engage and develop the people who are critical to its success. 

One of the key transformation is how learning happens and is engaged in an organisation, where the ecosystem has shifted towards a more democratized , social ,collaborative ,in the flow of work learning enabled by digitization.

In this Overview session we explore what is a Learning Experience Ecosystem , the changes in the way learning is taking place in organisations, the infrastructure supporting the learning engagement and delivery channles driven by digital technologies .

This session is for HRD/L&D leaders and practitioners leading or managing the Digital transformation of their workforce and learning and development in their organisation. Also for those who have a general interest in social and collaborative learning in the digital age.
